We are actively seeking a manager for our SAP System. The manager is responsible for leveraging the SAP S/4 Hana platform (and peripheral solutions) to effectively maintain and improve on the solutions supporting our business. We strive to provide excellence in Supply Chain, Material Master, Pricing, Order Management, Warehouse Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Your consulting skills will be on display as you present best-practice approaches to support Business Process Reengineering initiatives. With your SAP S/4 Hana configuration experience you will own the solution definition leveraging a “no-code, low-code” approach. You will be responsible for evolving our systems capabilities and to support our users.
You will contribute to the decision making and successful delivery of business architecture and requirements that leads to a technology architecture of solutions and corresponding projects.
SAP Systems Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with a range of Stakeholders in a Trusted Advisor capacity to strategically provide and match solutions to business needs.
- Understand how the solutions impact business processes and organizational change management across the company.
- Ensure that solutions follow SAP best practices, so they are supported and are upgradeable in the future.
- Ensure the systems are operating and supported.
- Drive the successful execution of projects with a mix of resources.
- Support the users as and when needed.
SAP Systems Manager Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with SAP systems.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori with ability to clearly articulate business value opportunities and lead solution envisioning.
- Proven strategic thinking and creative problem solving combined with exceptional tactical implementation and solution skills.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills; solid business analysis with the ability to effectively facilitate group discussion and build consensus.
- Demonstrated leadership, vendor management, and coaching qualities.
- Creates an environment that fosters innovation and creative thinking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing project deliverables by following standard project management processes and disciplines.
- Previous development experience preferred.
- SAP certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of MIS, Engineering, Computer science, or Business.
