• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1½ cups ice, crushed
• 2 oz light rum
• ¾ oz UPOURIA Real Sugar Sweetener
• ¾ oz Tropics Mixology Sweetened Lime Juice
• 1½ oz club soda
• Glass: Highball
• Garnish: 1 mint sprig
In a highball glass, combine 3 mint leaves with UPOURIA® Real Sugar Sweetener – muddle thoroughly.
Add ice and remaining mint before muddling again.
Add light rum and Tropics Mixology Sweetened Lime Juice.
Stir and top with club soda.
