Toasted Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ice
  • 2 ounces Tropics Mixology Orange Pineapple, thawed
  • 2 ounces pineapple vodka
  • 3/4 ounces amaretto liqueur
  • Glass: Coupe
  • Garnish: Raw palm sugared rim and pineapple wedge

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
    Secure lid before shaking vigorously for 10 seconds.
    Strain and pour drink into coupe rimmed with raw palm sugar.
