• 2 oz spiced rum
• ¾ of ice in the glass
• ½ oz lime juice
• 6 mint leaves crushed
• Pinch of salt
• 3-4 oz El Nino Aguas Frescas Tamarindo 7:1
Add mint leaves into shaker.
Muddle in the bottom of shaker.
Add rum and lime juice to the shaker.
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into highball glass of ice and top off with El Nino Aguas Frescas Tamarindo and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with lime and serve.
