• 1 oz light rum
• ½ oz dark rum
• 3½ oz El Niño Aguas Frescas Pineapple
• 2 oz cream of coconut
• 1 cup of ice
• Pineapple and cherry for garnish
Add all ingredients except dark rum into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Top with ½ oz dark rum floater.
Garnish with pineapple slice and a cherry.
