• 1½ oz vodka or tequila
• 3½ oz El Niño Aguas Frescas Pineapple
• 3 oz lime sparkling water
• 1 slice of jalapeno (seeds removed)
• Pineapple for garnish
Muddle jalapeno and El Niño Aguas Frescas Pineapple cocktail shaker.
Add ice and liquor of choice.
Shake to combine and strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Top with lime sparkling water.
Garnish with jalapeno and pineapple slice.
