Houston, TX (September 6, 2023) – Sunny Sky Products, a leading producer of dispensed beverage solutions to the foodservice and convenience store industry announced today that Matt Maimone has been promoted to President effective September 1, 2023. Maimone joined Sunny Sky as Chief Operating Officer in October 2022.
W. Ashley Edens, Chairman & CEO of Sunny Sky Products, will continue to set the overall strategic direction of the Company focusing his efforts on the long-term strategy, business development, product innovation and the company culture.

Maimone has more than 15 years of senior management experience, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for Revolution Foods and Sazerac.
